Class Policies

Please review the main terms before enrolling.

Packages, attendance, and missed classes
Group classes meet once per week for one hour. Packages are intended for consecutive weekly attendance. Five-class packages must be completed within 6 weeks, and ten-class packages within 12 weeks, beginning with the first scheduled class. Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or carried over.
Scheduling and enrollment
Enrollment and package payments reserve a class spot. Harlem Music Studios may modify, combine, postpone, or cancel a class based on enrollment. If the studio cancels a class, payment will be applied to the next available session. Class times and instructors may change when necessary.
Refunds, transfers, and conduct
Group-class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Students are expected to arrive on time, participate respectfully, and follow the instructor’s directions. Late arrival does not extend the class time.
